Morgan Chemistry Professor Receives Maryland Innovation Award

Dr. Kadir Aslan, Professor of Chemistry at Morgan State University, has recently described and demonstrated the use of a new crystallization technology, called metal-assisted and microwave-assisted evaporative crystallization (MA-MAEC). The MA-MAEC technology was the subject of Morgan’s first ever patent full application in its over 140-year history. Morgan Faculty, Students Present at National Science Education Conference

Associate Professor of Science Education, Catherine Martin-Dunlop, recently presented a research paper at the 20th annual conference of the Association for Science Teacher Education (ASTE)in Charleston, South Carolina (January 9-12). She took four graduate students from her department and they also presented research papers.
