Screenwriting, Animation Lecturer Finishes Third with Original Screenplay Morgan State University Screenwriting and Animation Lecturer Darryl Wharton-Rigby placed third in the Baltimore Screenwriter’s Competition this past weekend for his screenplay, Water Works.
