Governor Appoints MSU Senior to Serve on Maryland Higher Ed Commission

Governor Larry Hogan has appointed Morgan’s Adrien Feudjio to the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC). The senior electrical engineering major will serve as Student Advisory Council Representative for the 2016/2017 academic year.

In his role, Feudjio will advise MHEC on the concerns, perspectives, and experiences of students attending Maryland colleges and universities. The council and its members also promote student perspectives through analyzing several socio-economic concerns and recommending or implementing new approaches to address them.

This will not be Feudjio’s first time being tapped for his abilities as a Morgan State student. In 2015, he was selected as a University Innovation Fellow by the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation (Epicenter).

Congratulations, Adrien!
