We are delighted to greet you as Mr. and Miss Morgan State University 2013-2014. To all returning Bears, we say, “Welcome Back! You’re another step closer to fulfilling all your heart desires.” To those joining the Bear family for the first time, we say, “Welcome to the family and to the mission of Growing the Future and Leading the World!” To our distinguish faculty and staff, we also say to you “Welcome Back! And we are grateful for your dedication to Growing the Future.”
We are both excited to serve as your king and queen for this academic year. We look forward to “Growing the Future and Leading the World” with our exciting community service activities and social activities. To the new generation of Bears, we hope that you embrace the Morgan culture and dive deep into the mission of leading the world. Ask questions, and get involved with a campus organization, use the respective campus resource to assist with your academic studies. But most importantly HAVE FUN!
We look forward to meeting and greeting each of you throughout the school year. Feel free to stop by our office in the Student Government Association office located in the University Student Center. We are here to assist in any way that we can. We encourage you all to study hard, be disciplined, make a conscientious effort to participate in community patronage and get involved in campus organizations to broaden your scope.
