NCAA Prepares for Laws That Will Allow Student-Athletes to Profit

The NCAA board of directors will vote today on whether or not to allow college athletes to profit off their own name, image and likeness, as six states move forward with their own laws that would allow students to do so. Edward Scott the vice president and director of athletics at Morgan State University joined CBS News to discuss the future of college sports.
