Faculty Delivers Plan for Easton’s The Hill

Easton Town Council was presented with a draft “small area plan” for the future of “The Hill neighborhood by a team from Morgan State University.

The plans were presented by Morgan faculty, including Professor Dale Green from the School of Architecture and Planning, who is working to prove that The Hill is the nation’s oldest free African-American community through archaeological digs, written records and other evidence.
