MSU & Hubei University Memorandum of Understanding

On April 19, 2012, Xiong Jianmin, President of Hubei University, and Dr. David Wilson, President of Morgan State University, conducted a public signing ceremony. Morgan State and Hubei agreed to an exchange program, with a dual degree option, where students from Morgan will be permitted to study at Hubei University and Hubei University students will come study at Morgan.
