Office of Human Resources Presents: Smoking Cessation Seminar


The Smoking Cessation Seminar
has been re-scheduled to November 28, 2012 in the New Student Union Center

Mr. Carlton Ingram, Account Manager for AETNA Medical Plan, is the facilitator who will share information, techniques and materials on quitting smoking and will provide information on free counseling services.  Each of our health plans, including Carefirst BCBS and UnitedHealth Care, offer tools and resources to help you quit smoking and promote a healthier lifestyle.

For additional resources contact the State of Maryland’s Wellness Program which can be accessed at www.dbm.maryland.gov.  There are a number of links available for state employees and any Maryland Resident who is interested in quitting smoking.
