Doctoral Student Survey

Attention current doctoral students or recent doctoral program graduates.  You may be eligible to participate in a research study concerning the socialization experiences and persistence for doctoral students and recent doctoral program graduates.  This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at Morgan State University. If you meet all of the following criteria, please consider participating in a brief survey by clicking the link below:

(1) A currently enrolled doctoral student or recent doctorate completer (within the last 12 months); and

(2) Pursuing a non-professional doctoral degree (e.g., EdD, PhD), but NOT a professional degree (e.g., MD, DDS, JD); and

(3) Pursuing a doctoral program at a Historically Black College or University.

Your participation is greatly needed. It is hoped the results from this study will contribute to a framework for faculty, administrators, and students in assessing program development and informing practice, in the interest of improving the experiences and persistence for doctoral students attending HBCUs.
