C-SPAN Airing of the Morgan State University Commencement Address

As part of its “Memorial Week of Commencement Speeches,” C-SPAN is airing Morgan State University’s 2019 Undergraduate Ceremony commencement address. House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) delivered his commencement address in Baltimore before a packed stadium of graduates, faculty, family and special guests. He discussed overcoming adversity, standing up for democracy, and Congress’ duty to investigate presidential and executive branch abuses.
