Morgan alumnus and renowned entertainment executive Kevin Liles returned to Morgan State University earlier this month for the second installment of his Make It Happen Foundation’s Summer Business Academy. The academy, a partnership between the Foundation and Morgan’s Entrepreneurial Development& Assistance Center (EDAC), gave Baltimore-area youth a chance to learn business, marketing and the techniques to create a business plan.

Participants got to present their business plans and products to Liles and a group of established local and regional entrepreneurs. Liles spoke at the closing ceremonies with words of motivation.

“Everything matters,” Liles told the group. “Believe in your business.”
