President to Speak for Black History Month at the University Chapel

Dr. Wilson will be speaking at the Morgan State University Chapel’s Black History Month Celebration, this Sunday, February 9th, at 4 p.m.  He will be speaking on the topic of “The History and Relevancy of HBCUs.”
