President to Speak for Black History Month at the University Chapel

Dr. Wilson will be speaking at the Morgan State University Chapel’s Black History Month Celebration, this Sunday, February 9^th, at 4 p.m.  He will be speaking on the topic of “The History and Relevancy of HBCUs.”
