The Department of Information Science and Systems (INSS), Graves School of Business and Management (SBM) hosted the America’s SAP User Group (ASUG), Baltimore Chapter meeting in the new School of Business Building on Oct. 29, 2015. Over 40 industry professionals from all over USA, INSS students and the INSS faculty members attended the event. Dean Fikru Boghossian and Associate Dean Ali Emdad welcomed the ASUG group followed by presentations on how the INSS department is preparing the next generation of skilled IS professionals.

Jane Cahill, ORBIS America described the potential of Industry 4.0 and how smart manufacturers and Supply Chain leaders are implementing cyber-physical innovations to drive continuous improvement in their organizations.
Peter Demtschenko , LeverX described and demonstrated how SAP workflow is being created, modified and monitored by business users with little or no need for over-loaded IT resources.
