If your mind starts to run wild, tack on some limitations: Yes, you have the power to decide what the school is going to look like and focus on, but you have nowhere near unlimited funding. In fact, you’ll be operating on a shoestring and will face constant fundraising challenges — you’ll need to be very creative about finding opportunities for your students to learn.
