Associate Professor Daniel Campo presented his acclaimed book, The Accidental Playground: Brooklyn Waterfront Narratives of the Undesigned and Unplanned at MIT in Cambridge, Mass. on Friday afternoon May 8. His lecture, sponsored by the City Design and Development group in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning is caopen to the public. (See attached poster for more details.) On Tuesday May 26, Campo will travel to Western Pennsylvania to present The Accidental Playground to the Pittsburgh Department of City Planning and Pittsburgh area waterfront and open space advocates.
