Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-5) announced that a $100,000 grant was awarded to the U.S. Economic Development Administration, University Center at the University of Maryland, College Park and Morgan State University. The grant will fund the fourth year of a five-year program between the University of Maryland and Morgan State University to foster economic development in Maryland.
