Fighting Food Insecurity

This interactive forum has been planned for the purpose of educating the Morgan State University Student Body and the general population at large on what a food desert is and why WE should be concerned and proactive in finding solutions to this major problem.

This event will include:

a food drive (please bring canned/dried foods) (Our President Dr Wilson recommended this and is VERY pleased with our efforts to raise the social consciousness of MSU students/Community)

Lets be solution oriented in solving the health problems in our community- especially since they are intrinsically related to economics and politics!

Expert panelist discussion with advocates of public health and community organizers, YOU DONT WANNA MISS IT!

MSU’s president may also make a special appearance!
