Morgan Welcomes New Football Coach

Morgan State University today introduced its new head football coach. He is Lee Hull, former assistant coach at the University of Maryland for the past 6 football seasons. As wide receivers coach at Maryland, Hull helped develop, among others, Darrius Heyward-Bey (Indianapolis Colts) and Torrey Smith (Baltimore Ravens) into first and second round NFL Draft picks, respectively, and built one of the most talented receiving corps in the ACC this season. He is a native of Vineland, N. J., and received degrees from both Holy Cross and Worcester State.

In welcoming Coach Hull to Morgan, President David Wilson pledged the University’s patience while he rebuilds the football program and the enthusiastic support of MSU faculty, students and alumni.
