MSU Safety Administrator Earns FEMA Certification

Morgan State University’s Executive Director of Campus & Public Safety, Adrian Wiggins, recently successfully completed the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) National Emergency Management Academy held at the Emergency Management Institute in Emmitsburg, MD. With completion of the academy curriculum, Wiggins brings to the Morgan campus a strategic level of training and education that bolsters the University’s emergency management programs.
