‘Diamonds’ on display at Chestertown RiverFest

Two of the most popular art installations from last Spring’s Baltimore’s Light City festival, “Charlie the Peacock” and “Diamonds,” was part of the Chestertown, Maryland, two-day RiverFest celebration in Septemer.
